Leek and Ricotta Pie

Sunday night I cooked a Leek and Ricotta Pie out of my new Meatless Monday cookbook. Thankfully it didn't turn out black but nicely golden brown on top.

Not sure if I'll try this one again as it had a very onion taste after awhile - I know it was leeks but just got overpowering towards the end. It was one of those dishes where you go - yeah I like this but also go yeah I don't like this. Ha Ha! I did get to make my own pastry for it though - that was fun.
