It was delicious, oh so sweet and I couldn't believe it wasn't that bad for you. You wouldn't have know it had no wheat, no dairy and no sugar. Plus it was so easy to make, all done in a food processor - awesome!!!
It was so addictive I could have eaten it all in one seating, but I held off and cut it all up in to nice bite sizes pieces for morning teas at work.
I'm really enjoying the idea of raw food and I'm looking forward to trying many different ones.
